Summary of General Terms and Conditions

You will be dealing directly with property owners who are devoted to the comfort and enjoyment of our guests for their stay at the Lake of the Ozarks.  Contact us with any questions regarding our rental terms and conditions.  Full terms will be supplied to parties making rental reservation inquiries.

General conditions

We are unable to rent to students or singles under the age of 25 and require photo identification for the renting party.

This is a NON-SMOKING condo rental.  Smoking is allowed outside, on the deck, with the doors kept shut.  To help ensure the enjoyment of other guests, this condition is strictly enforced.  Violations may result in forfeiture of security deposit.

This condo is ideally suited to accommodate up to 6 adults, or up to 8 total including children.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Payment

A deposit of one half the rent plus the $200 security deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance of the payment is due 30 days or earlier before your arrival date. For your convenience, we accept credit card deposit payments via PayPal.

After full payment is received, arrival information will be sent to renter. Full refunds are given if cancellation occurs at least 30 days in advance of arrival. See the rental agreement for complete details. Travel insurance is recommended for the comfort of the renter.

Check-In and Parking

Check in time is 4 PM Central Time. Check-out is 11 AM Central Time. 

One conveniently located parking space is assigned to the unit and is marked.  Limited additional parking is located nearby. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the condo association.  Parking for boat trailers is located close to the main entrance to the condo complex.  Trailers are not allowed in the auto parking area. 

Use of the Premises

Guests will remove trash and rubbish and place in the condo complex trash containers. Guests will obey all posted tennis court, playground, dock and swimming pool rules, especially with regard to prohibition of glass containers.

Guests will not be able to hang clothing or towels on railings, gates or decks. This is a residential area with full time residents.  All guests must observe condo complex "quiet time" from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and Midnight to 8 AM on weekends.
