Off Season Rates (October 1 - April 30)
$140 per night - 2 night min. Rent 6 nights and 7th is FREE ($870 per week)
Rates do not include tax or $60 cleaning fee (waived for weekly rentals)
Peak Season (May 1 - September 30)
$200 per night - 3 night min. Rent 6 nights and 7th is FREE ($1,200 per week)
Rates do not include tax or $60 cleaning fee (waived for weekly rentals)
Other Information applicable to rates:
Holiday Weekends - 3 Night minimum
(Includes Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving)
Refundable $200 Security/Damage Deposit plus one half rent amount needed within 5 days to hold
reservation.
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal for initial deposits to help
secure your reservation. Personal checks or money orders requested for balance of
payment, but credit cards are acceptable, as well.
Full payment of security deposit, rent, tax and cleaning fee must be received at
least 30 days prior to check in.
Please note that all Lake of the Ozarks rental properties are subject to various state, county and local taxes. Rest assured that we uphold our legal responsibility to collect and pay these taxes to the appropriate authorities.
